I just bought a Medicali survival kit that comes with a 510, 710 and G pen style vapes and I was wondering if you guys fill up the cartridge with wax when you dab? I can see myself only wanting to pack one at a time into the 510 and 710 but since the g pen style doesn't directly touch the coil I was thinking it might last longer if I fill it Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Sweet name, Medicali. I havent seen these coils but i would assume its best to be safe than sorry as they can be costly to replace at times. Try one dab at a time until you get tired of it and want to do more lol One thing about these attachment coils, especially for concentrates is that that they get brittle and loose the more you use it causing it to break. Like i said i havent seen these coils but they are roughly all the same. For this reason, do NOT use the dab pick f it comes with it. That is the best recommendation I can give. The coils for the glass globes can be pretty cheap depending on where you find them at. http://kingpenvapes.com/shop/product/glass-globe-ceramic-coil-atomizer/ Some people buy the whole glass globe attachment after a little coil breaks so dont make that costly mistake. If the actual globe breaks then thats a different story. Some are thick and sturdy but none are shatter proof. (No Pun Intended Haha )
I wish I could get a good pic but it's so small. Mine has a screen over it while many just have the coil exposed, it genuinely heats up instead of just sizzling on the coil which is why I'm thinking I can fill more at once. Make sure you are putting enough on it though because sometimes the wick inside will dry herb and burn the coil. I recommend ceramic ones too but they dont come with screens.
