Great Workout Plan For Begginners-Intermediates That Takes Usually Under 20 Minutes With Body Weight And Little To No Equipment. Check It Out

  1. Sorry for the long title I'm fried.

    Anyways I have been working out for a couple of years now and only recently have I started to do this for every single one of my workouts. I have been getting great results (even a few compliments) and more importantly, I actually enjoy doing these workouts! I just smoked like 7 bowls and blew through my leg, tricep and bicep routines in under an hour!
    I enjoy these simply because I hate working out for like 1-2 hours. This is a quick and relatively easy high intensity workout that can be done with very little equipment (none if you want, I have 2 different sets of dumbells I use for certain exercises).

    Here is an example of my leg workout:

    3 Different exercises:

    1. Jumping squats
    2. Jumping lunges
    3. One legged calf raises

    Dumbells are optional

    There are 10 rounds in total. Each round you minus one rep.

    Round 1:

    -10 Jumping squats
    -10 Jumping lunges (BOTH LEGS, so 20)
    -10 One legged calf raises (BOTH LEGS, so 20)

    Round 2:

    -9 Jumping squats
    -9 Jumping lunges (BOTH LEGS, so 18)
    -9 One legged calf raises (BOTH LEGS, so 18)

    And so on...

    This way it gets easier each round and makes it much more enjoyable for me.

    I do 3 different workouts for every muscle group (well, most of them) and I even do my cardio using this plan. Give it a try if you are looking for something new and let me know what you think!
