  7. I have had asthma since I was a child, I started out smoking in my early 20s & it made my asthma terrible. (didn't realize it was asthma back then). Finally got my mmj card early this year & started vaping. Vaping doesn't affect my asthma.
    Best invention ever.

  9. Cannabis (cannabinoids and certain terpenes) can be very beneficial to asthma, because they work as bronchodilators, like your inhaler. That's why some strains are referred to as "expansive", where the hit feels like it grew bigger in your lungs. Suddenly, you're at max absorption! However, it's not going to stop an asthma attack, and anything where the quality may be iffy is negating any good that you may be doing.

But studies have shown that moderate cannabis users have better lung function than non-smokers, implying that cannabis can be quite beneficial for us, even those with asthma. Sativas and sativa dominant hybrids are usually the best for that application.

  10. Smoking anything could affect you but at the same time marijuana opens up your lungs so you can breath better that's why athletes use.

  11. I have severe asthma and cannot be in the same room with a smoker, nor can I smoke myself, so I vaporize. It really helps to control my asthma and I dont need to use my inhaler as often as I have had to in the past.

It is a miracle drug. ❤️

  12. I've got a mild asthma and I smoke bongs everyday.

As long as you keep up with exercise and if need be keep a puffer on hand.

As others have suggested a vaporizer is an excellent choice but be prepared to invest a decent amount of money into it to get the most from it :)
