Alright so I smoke a few times everyday and have been doing so for a couple years, still love weed as much as ever. Unfortunately I was ripping my bong 3 or 4 nights ago and accidentally took way too big of a rip, like, a massive fucking hit, and obviously started coughing immediately. That would have been fine had I not started to feel a sharp pain in my chest with each breath. I decided to ignore it, didn't smoke anymore that night and eventually went to sleep. The next day I woke up and started smoking, but my first hit gave me that chest pain again, but way more intensified, like I had to take shallow breaths and debated going to the hospital. I ended up deciding against it and stopped smoking for the day, choosing to let my lungs recuperate. Anyway, it's been a couple days and I don't notice the pain except for occasionally, like when I yawn or do something physical like running up the stairs. I don't intend to smoke today, but a friend got a vape pen in the mail and I was wondering if using that would be safe to use. Would it irritate my lungs more and make it worse again? Hey man, sorry to hear about your issues. Yes a vape pen could work, since the vapor is much less harsh on your lungs. I too have had problems recently, find it hard to get a full breath and general tight 'chestness'. Pretty scary really but I have asthma so I'm 100% sure it's that. I would recommend spending a fair amount if you are going to buy a vape. Many of these 'vape pens' are shite and 1, break within 5 minutes and 2, don't even properly vape as they burn the bud. Could go for the Magic Flight Launch Box, it's a mid range portable vape, is reliable and i'm pretty sure it exclusively vapes.

What king of "vape" pen. If it's like the electric cigarette type with thc oil in it then it should be fine but if it's like a dry herb pen like an Atmos raw then I would avoid it. Just my .02 Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

It not ur lungs bro. U pulled a muscle. U will swear it is but most likely is not. If u tore a air sack ud be coughing blood. Anyway. Pulled muscles in chest area can feel like heart, lung, and kidney issues. When all u got is a strained muscle.
