No hole to shoot it... By this do you mean a carb in order to clear it? Just hit it like if it were a normal chillum. Light the bowl, inhale, put it out. I prefer pipes with carbs, though, but it's all straight forward.

Not all pipes have a carb. You just light the weed and inhale. The smoke has no where to go but to your lungs
