How To Make A Female Hermaphrodite? Crazy Ik

Discussion in 'Advanced Growing Techniques' started by Stealthsmokerman, Jul 16, 2014.

  1. OK like the title says I have 2 plants in flower both female one way older than the other. The young one just showed flowers but I need seeds from my big plant.

What is the natural organic way to hermi a plant?

Won't you help to sing, these songs of freedom.

  2. hermie plants produce hermie seeds

  3. I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but there is no natural way to produce a hermaphrodite plant. The best way is to just procure more seed stock. If the plants in question are of unknown genetics, the possibilities of what may be produced may be quite varied besides the fact they will only produce more of the same(hermies), which can only end up reeking havoc in your grow. Peace!

Having seeds as a backup comes in handy when....

    Catastrophic crop failure.
-say, you get hit by a hurricane and get massive flooding outside, loss of poer for months inside and/or are unable to return home for months. If breeding that would be quite the donkey punch without a backup plan.

You live somewhere with 2 growing seasons: a short early "preseason" and a regular season.
-in some areas, for example, you can start outside with seedlings in late feb/early march and the plants will start flowering immediately after hitting sexual maturity. A short flowering strain will finish mid-late may, reach about 3 feet and produce respectibly (not to mention give you a nice compleded sample of all those clones you may be putting out in a few weeks. A clone will not work, as they are typically sexually mature and will flower immediately. Freshly rooted clones may get 6" and stuff a hitter a few times when done.

You can grow seedlings under a straight up 12/12 light schedule. I know thissun will make some shit themselves in anger, disbelief and confusion, but its true. A few Reasons to do this: perpetual grow in one room, running a boatload of big lights and/or need to scale your electric back, et al. Clones will not work as this is basically the same as a preseason grow, just inside.

    Genetic degradation.

    Etc....

  8. And to answer the op, colloidal silver will make a fem produce balls wherever you spray it daily for about 2 weeks........starting when flowering begins.
