http://www.thcfinder.com/marijuana-blog/news/2014/07/maryjanes-denver-gets-raided-patrons-cuffed There are other sources for this besides thcfinder. I just happened to see it there first. I'm still amazed resources can't be spent elsewhere other than busting people over gathering in a private building and enjoying something legal.
At this rate, I'm never going live long enough to see vapor lounges in the USA, sad you gotta leave the country to visit one, very sad
What did you think was going to happen when part of the deal is that the city gets 2.5% to fund the additional cops they said were necessary for "legalization"?
Wow that place looks incredible!!! I'll make sure to stop in next time I am in Frisco. Thanks for posting
Yeah I saw one in East L.A. with rusted corregated steel for walls. Not really as upscale as the vapor room. Vapor room looks CLEAN!!!
It feels like a high class club. It's cool. Big plush couches. They were serving food and drinks. Volcanos everywhere.
Are you that dence. What does this have to do with obummer. These were local police. So much for being legal.
Main issue for these raids are the concentrates are they not? Not sure if this specific raid had to do with that. Meanwhile they still need to reschedule marijuana....can't take that long to sign a piece of fucking paper. Until then I will enjoy my highly illegal cannabis.
This has nothing to do with concentrates. It has nothing to do with fed rescheduling. I think it's more of a threat to the state tax machine and that the cops are going to protect their income. These kinds of places are magnets for black market sales.
I'm confused. Granted I'm pretty ignorant of the law on this one. Can anyone explain how the club is public? Are businesses not private property? How's this work exactly? Any law students or lawyers that can chime in? Thanks!
