so this is the chart I went off of. I started off at 1/4 strength day 1 which I know isn't necessary but I feel like it helps train the plant from the start to build roots that can take it up. I could be crazy though😜😱. Regardless they sure seemed to enjoy it. Anyway I would say by the time I was in aggressive veg I was 2/3 strength.
