LOL I would go with the hickey and the fat lip and just tell everyone i had an adventurous night last night, sorry. I would be waaay to embarrassed to wear a turtleneck and a surgeons mask. Even if i knew all the co-workers well enough. I would still be too embarrassed. If the meeting was in an asian country, then nobody would have blinked an eye because some asians wear them over here in California too.
In Japan its actually common place to wear a mask like that if you are ill; its considered common courtesy towards your fellows. I wish people in school would do that shit, especially around finals. I can't afford to be sick during finals because the gross person next to me got sick.
