If you get good at baking with edibles it can be extremely cost efficient, there are tons of great guides on this website in the subforums.
 
You should also try taking omega-3 daily supplements like fish oil, it will help your general attitude aswell.
 
Keep your tolerance down so you don't have to smoke asmuch, but this is really hard for me sometimes when I just want to keep getting high

As long as the items don't have any residue from weed they're perfectly legal. Don't worry bout shit and buy what you need. If you get approached, it's for tobacco use only!

 

Well if u really really wanna save up weed and still get high as fuck (besides vape) there is the waterfall bong. It uses like 0.1g and gets u baked. If u don't know how to do a waterfall bong, just get a plastic bottle (preferably big like a plastic juice bottle) and use a lighter to burn a small hole at the bottom. Then take the cap and make a hole in the cap that is big enough to push a socket wrench piece in. Pack the 0.1g in the socket wrench hole, fill the bottle with water (covering the small hole at the bottom with ur finger), place the cap back on the bottle, and then burn the ganj. While ur burning the weed let go of ur finger holding the hole and let the water out. Watch a shit ton of smoke fill the bottle and prepare to get baked on a budget.

 

Get a 15 dollar glass on glass bong. Should save bud and get you higher. Maybe hold your hits too some people say it doesn't get you higher but I get higher. Some people say its the lack of oxygen getting you higher, but I don't get high when I hold my breath without weed so... Yea just hold it for a few seconds.

 

Here's a list in order of efficiency, from my experience
 
Good weed. A little can go a long ways. Mediocre stuff won't even get me high unless I smoke massive amounts. Then it's a waste
Vaporizers. I had a volcano for a couple years, it was a beast. Incredible highs w/o drowsiness and kept my tolerance down. Try a magic flight launch box maybe. It's a fraction of the price and they're portable.
Vape pens. Make some oil, and vape it out of that. Theyre cheap. Discreet. Don't reek much. Get nice and toasty
Bongs. Get a carbon filter attachment for one. It makes the rips much smoother and cleaner. Take bigger rips. Get higher. Save weed
Joints. Maybe not that efficient. But I love the high and don't need to smoke as often
Pipes. Same thing. Get one with a carbon filter
Bubblers
Steam roller
Normal pipes
Little pinch hitters

 

why not make a bong? plenty of diy's out there and lots of youtube vids also, soundrone being one of my favorite tutorial stoners haha.

 

You can smoke pretty small bowls out of a glass bong and get stoned. But small ones are harsh. And the bigger the more pricey. It's a one time investment though and it'll turn you into a proper stoner. Mine is 15 inches, so it's big enough to give smooth hits but small enough to fit in a backpack. Try to get a percolator in there if you can!

Invest in a bowl. There really cheap. They go for like 15 bucks at a farmstore. 

 

I'd save up for a vaporizer. Buying my vape was probably the best weed related decision i ever made. Maybe a close second to buying wax equipment.


Actually, If you can, get a dab rig. Whole new level of consuming cannabis.

damn dude, just looked it up.... OK does suck. my grandma lives there so I went there a few times when I was younger, I thought it was okay. lots of time just spent kicking it, relaxing outside. but I just looked up the alcohol laws, what the fuck? they cap their shit at 3.2% ABV, but minors are allowed up to 0.02% BAC (here in CA it's 0.01). seems so backwards to me, they have more tolerance for minors consuming alcohol, but adults are heavily restricted. no wonder there's a lot of fat people there, anytime you wanna get drunk off cheap beer you gotta drink like 3000 calories worth haha
 
anyway, I think the most efficient way to smoke is through those little one hitter chillums. based solely on their size, they kinda restrict you, so you can just hit one or two packs and be ripped for a bit, especially as your tolerance acclimates to not using  bong anymore. bongs get you real stoned, but I feel like they just eat through weed. 
 
the most efficient way to consume cannabis is dabbing it, definitely. but based on your location and considering the cops stake out smokeshops to try and bust people for something that is legal, yet frowned up....I wouldn't fuck with blasting large amounts of cannabis, they'd probably charge you similarly to as if you were cooking other nasties up
