How Often To Water Seedlings

    I have 1 plant potted in one of those red party cups currently in veg stage about 12 days old with 120 watt cfl equivalent bulbs will add more lights during flowering stage any suggestions or help would be appreciated thanks.

    Water only when the top inch of your medium is dry. I am a hydro grower but I keep my clones in soil until flower and that's how I water.

    Yes, try not to water to much. Young seedlings are extremely susceptible to microbial invasion and damage. It can practically kill your seedling before you can even do anything about it.
