Vitamin C And Complete Nutrition

  1. How much do you need to eat a day?

I've found recently its not as much as people think. But its important what you eat.

I was suprized to find that dark leafy greens have way more vitamin c than fruits.

For example, a 6oz romaine salad has triple the vitamin C content as a medium sized apple.

A lot of people go crazy and try to buy tons of fruits and veggies when they want toto start eating healthy. They get discouraged because it's so much.

But if you read up on some.nutrition facts, you'll learn you don't need much.

A single large carrot has like 200% vitamin A.

If you eat a mixed diet, you can easily get 2-3 times aas many nutrients as you need.

Something like a 6oz salad, a single carrot, and a single fruit or several fruit of smaller ttypes like berries, is all you nneed.

Top that off with your main calorie sources in moderation plus exercise and.you are set.
