Edibles Across International Borders

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by sarthak9, Jul 14, 2014.

  1. Is it legal to carry small amounts of edibles across international borders while legally obtaining them in Colorado?

  2. Only if it is already in your digestive tract.

Sent from my iPad using Grasscity Forum

  3. Is there a way to detect? I mean, if they are not  packaged in a wrapper labeled "canna-candy" or anything.

  4. No. Pots illegal in whichever border you will be crossing (Canada/Mexico). It would be considered smuggling and if caught you would be imprisoned.

    But only if your caught.

@[member="sickmanfraud"]--Lol, but i need to bring some back home for my buddies.
@[member="Old School Smoker"]-- So if its packed like candy, there is no way to determine whether its medicated or not right?
@[member="MrCrispy109"]-- by borders, I meant overseas, on an airplane.

  6. You take a chance of getting caught from air port security. How many stops on your flight? I mean if you get through Denver security you should not have anymore security check points till you land st your finial destination and go through customs. It might work if it goes on the plane as luggage and not carry on. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

  7. @[member="otroo"] -- haha, this is a hypothetical situation bro. Still planning my trip.. Thanks for the input though
