I've been pretty interested in this TV series since I seen the first trailer come out and I like Guillermo del Toro as well so I'm excited for it to air tonight. 1 hour into it and it's a suck fest so far imo. I'll give it a couple more episodes before I completely write it off though.

great pilot. If its based on a book hopefully it isnt like game of thrones and have too many whiners complaining about whether it stays true to the source or not. That scene with that thing in the hallway was crazy. I like the pace its at so far hopefully they dont fuck it up.

Can anyone explain the window of the plane? That was the only thing that keeps bothering me is what did that have to do with anything? The one window that was open out of all of them.
how the fuck were you not creeped out by that quick shot of that thing running down the hallway with its giant wing arms flailing around after it smashed that guys head in. This is the pace of proper horror. I will definitely be watching more, hopefully the rest of the monster reveal doesnt flop and ruin the vibe of the show.

savage as fuck vampires nd zombies? It sure as shit aint hard to top the other contenders in those genres. 2nd episode in and its still good. I did skim over the filler scenes with the cdc guys son and wife, ive seen enough shit to know a shoehorned filler plot early on aint nobody got time fo dat.
