yeah looks reasonably good. might be a little small though. and the green monster-y looking part might break off eventually. if possible I would recommend just going to a nearby headshop. even if you don't pick something out there, you'll still get a better idea of what size pipe you'd like. and yeah, you can use hemp wick with pipes.
Yes that's a good starter, yes you can use hemp wick on pipes. There's a cheaper way for hemp wick, making it yourself. Go on amazon and buy organic hemp cord 400ft and buy organic beeswax once you have those take the wax and put it in a pot that's floating in a pot that has boiling water in it, once beeswax is melted take the ball of hemp cord and put it in the wax, every 5 minutes turn it over, do that for about 20 mins and you will have way more hemp wick for cheaper then any other store. Yeah, hemp wick is fine with pipes, with anything that requires a lighter really And nice pipe, looks really cool, just a bit short, but if you're used to smoking out of glass pipes, go for it. Just look around in LHS too !
Looks fine for a first piece. And yes hemp wick works with papers. I personally only use it with bowls etc but yes you can for sure use with joints too.
The little green thing on the top may become an inconvenience and / or fall off. Other than that the pipe looks good.

Good pipe for a starter but I recommend spending 55 for a bong, they have 10 inch straight shots made by HVY for around 55 Why would anyone wnat a cheaper alternative for hempwick? It's like 4$ for 50 feet lmao
yeah man a lot of people start with a spoon, really good beginner pipe that youll go back to for years to come, its easily portable, simpl, and always works like a charm. also hemp wick is best for bowls, its way easier to light a joint with a lighter IMO
