Lst Question

Discussion in 'Plant Training' started by jackedinpdx, Jul 11, 2014.

  1. Here is an image of my current grow. Its a small area the bathroom of my motorhome to be exact. I have been training them with copper wire to increase the bud sites. My setup is soil, 600 watt mh, I switch to a HPS for flowering. When should these go to 12/12? I have more area to fill in but will that happen during the flowering stage or should I continue to veg these until filled? Thanks for any advice you guys can give. Steve

  2. Once they are in flowering they will still continue to grow for 60-100 days. So depending on how much room you have to fill think about that.
You can veg for as long as you want but the longer you veg the larger the yield.

  3. Veg for one month and finish it with flowering. . You will barely have the room to do that so flower soon... also, your soil looks too wet.. water less

  4. His soil does not look too wet! How could you even tell that from the pic? Crazy, just crazy. Plants look healthy. Keep doing what you're doing. They will still grow a bunch in flower so it's not a bad idea to flower a bit early. The standard seems to be 4 weeks for veg. However your lst might give you more time, but unless you know for sure, you should prob not veg longer than 4 weeks. You'll know for sure with your next run.

  6. although the soil does look really wet dark green leaves are usually from a abundance of nitrogen. If he was overwatering his stems would be stiff and the leaves would be droopy
