I fronted my dealer 85 so he could go reup and get 2 ounces. I met him and paid him then I left while he went and did his thing. He got busted on the way back home. Obviously I'm not getting my 85 back but should I be legally worried? I do the fuck out of life.
First of all, if your dealer can't afford 85$ worth of bud, he's not a dealer. Someone else is, he's just the guy that goes and gets it Second, how do you know he got busted? Third and last, if he truly got busted, you could have cause for concern if you think he's the type of person that would tell the cops he was buying it for you and then proceeded to provide them with your name and address. But ultimately, unless they have proof, it's hearsay. Deny deny deny. But in all actuality, you have nothing to worry about. Find a new dealer.

If you live in Texas or Florida and your dealer has any texts from you on his phone then you are busted as well. The charges will be " being a client of a distributor of ilegal marijuana sales" You dont even have to be stoned or have any weed or paraphanalia on you. There gonna get ya.
I think, you gave the guy $85, he told you he got busted, and he pocketed your money. He played you, move on.
