I'm no politician, but I know there's no way in hell those demands will be met as long as Hamas is hell bent on inflicting violence against Israel.
Hamas have stated quite clearly that they will agree to a 10 year truce if these demands are made. An independent international force could maintain the truce and protect both sides from attack, Israel is not being asked to sacrifice any land for this deal to be implemented. So Israel attacks the homes of known Hamas members, killing innocent family members in the process. Most recently, an attempt on a Hamas leader. He wasn't there, but his family was. So, I guess that makes most Israeli homes legitimate targets, because all able bodied Israelis become soldiers. And I guess that justifies Hamas targeting the dwellings of Israeli leaders also. hamas already targets Israelis, soldiers or not. Did you forget the rockets fired at Jerusalem? A supposed holy city for Palestinians.... The main difference is Hamas lacks the competence to actually strike a target and protect its citizens. Any word if the Hamas general survived?
