Was just sitting on the front porch smoking a doob of the NSA2 and DIK (Dry Ice Kief) and watching a storm roll across the hills in the distance. A little slice of heaven I tell ya. This stuff has an interesting smell. My nose has some issues, so it it's hard to describe, but there is a strong almost evergreen smell to it, yet a little spicy like incense or something. Today I have spent my time with the Bagginses. When I was burping the jars I took a couple nuggets from the jar that had the best smell. Very diesel like. Rolled a fat one from that and headed to the porch. The last time I smoked any of this it was pretty harsh. It has mellowed out quite a bit, but still had a ways to go. Meant to add, that even though I have no new pics, I did measure the girls yesterday. AK is still in the lead at 21 inches. AH is in second at 16 inches. And the Cherry Bomb is bushy at 8 inches. Starting to smell nice in there too. Sent from Chefziggy's Kitchen
Worked on the vegging cabinet some today. Got the fan mounted and ducted. Will add a filter later on. Also used an AC filter over the holes in the back for intake. Light is mounted and working. 'Bout time to start some seeds! Sent from Chefziggy's Kitchen
Took the day off. It's Friday and I've had a long week. So here are a few pics I took last night. These are 40 days from planting the seeds. First up is a shot of the garden so you can get an idea on size. The Cherry Bomb is still not stretching but has begun to show preflowers. Strong Indica genetics I suspect? CB The Amnesia Haze is in second. I don't have many photos of her since she is in the back. I'm going to rotate today before I reload the SIP trays. Probably put the CB in the middle so the two bigger plants aren't getting tangled up in each other. And finally, the AK49 has about stopped her stretch, but look at the structure! No training at all on these autos. There should be several good sized top buds in addition to the main cola. And popcorn bud sites everywhere. I'll go ahead and say it, I think this one should net close to two ounces. Not bad for an auto.

No pics tonight, but today marks 44 days from seed and all three are happy as clams. The AK has stopped stretching and the AH has caught up. Both are filling out. The Cherry Bomb is still short and bushy. And for the "Doh!" moment of the day, I broke down and ordered me a nice glass water pipe and a titanium nail for the QWISO I made this weekend. Got them in the mail yesterday and the nail has a female fitting same as the pipe, so I can't try dabbing until I get a coupler. Sonuvabitch!! Smokes the flowers real nice though! And a little snake of the QWISO on top of that is just heady, man.
So here we are at 47 days. The Cherry Bomb is finally starting to stretch and show flowers, so she gets first photo tonight. Still very bushy though. Here's a shot of the room. The AK is still in the back, so I don't have any good shots of her this time. But the Amnesia Haze if starting to look rather sexy. So here's some bud porn. So glad to be shooting some of that again. And finally, I got something going on my cabinet. Still have some light tightening to do, but it's ok for seeds. Dropped the following this afternoon. (Mini-Hempy cups) On the left, 5 White Rhino regs. On the right, 5 Thai Stick regs. And in the middle, a freebie Jack Herer fem. So I'll have at least one girl.
Another late comer here but hey, at least I got here before harvest time!! I've got some cherry bomb auto's myself and was just wondering are yours from Bomb seeds or another seed bank elsewhere?? Either way you have some happy looking girls here, looking forward to seeing them grow, nice work chef!!

I'm not doing these yet but yours are looking great, getting excited to do another batch watching this! I've got a friend who has grown them out though, he said I wont be disappointed. I haven't tried it myself yet but he says its a very nice smoke with a lot of flavor, very berry. It makes great medibles too lmao! Can't wait. Forgot to ask, what seed banks stock those thai stick regs? Not had some of that for a long while.

Hey Chef! Is there something up with your cherry bomb? in the first photo it looks like some of the leaves are getting interveinal chlorosis. The amnesia haze looks fabulous! Also when you say mini hempy cups, do you mean hempy or sip? cuz i thought hempy was for bottled nutes & perlite/coco. Makin me wonder if it would work well with soil but I feel like the soil would stay too wet.
