Hey I think bully is taking to much flak. For one you don't know his back ground. I would nevet ever stick anyone into the cops, unless it was involving abuse of a kid, or a particularly heinous crime, and even then part of me would be saying "fuck all to do with you". If I caught someone thieving my stuff, they would get smack, or chased away, and that be the end of it. If it was my own or a friends car then yeah, they'd get their face broken. But if the case is there is someone i don't know, who I see is doing something illegal that doesn't affect me in any way, then it's not my place to stop them. Haha, i think i can fill in the blanks myself. That's what i'm saying, i'm not encouraging people to call the cops, fuck cops, I don't want anything to do with them, if there's something like that a thief or whatever, you deal with that shit yourself and that's the end of it. But like i said above if someone is doing something illegal but it doesn't affect me personally, then it's not my place to stop them or call cops on them.
