  1. Looking healthy as tits and very sativa-ey. Nice. Hey have you tried fabric pots with soil at all?

  2. Definitely. I was sort of just wondering how much it speeds up the soil drying out vs plastic.

  3. I took the led out, the temp dropped like 3 degrees, so I took a chance and figured out a way to hang my new CFLs. Its kind of ghetto, I guess lol but it works! They're so much brighter, and now I have lights in that optimal 6" range. I also installed a power strip on the floor, for convenience, and I installed a second power strip on the roof of cab 1. I love construction adhesive lol Going out for more light sockets :)

  4. Today is day 60 for the Afghans, so here's some pictures! Temp is way high in Cab 2, but they don't seem too bothered, and its only temporary. My fans should be here soon. Anyways, I watered 1 & 2, 3 still feels wet. I'm pretty sure 2 is showing female, and 1 is starting to get covered in white at more & more sites. The Berry's look so good, and are developing leaves below the main node rapidly. Nice and bushy! They were all recently watered, Show Off is a day or 2 off the other 3 cause she got transplanted 1st, so she's dryer.

  6. Looking good keep up the good work

  7. So I got this box fan for like $10 at Walmart today, its got three speeds and its really powerful and quiet. going to install it as a second exhaust later when my lights come on. I also came up with this great air filter idea, I got a plastic paint tray, poked ten billion holes in the deeper part, and used a twisty tie to hold a carbon filter in place. It should be 99% light tight, and allow for more air flow. I also picked up a temp gauge with an "outdoor" temp sensor, that way I'll be able to monitor temp in the cab when the lights are off. Sorry for the purple tint, I don't have $200 to replace the camera module lol

  8. Doing good the afghans look awesome. Some big healthy leaves!

  9. Yeah were all getting boned by mother nature right now (or montsanto seed company, the illuminati, chem trails...) Lol. Hopefully we only have another month of this heat at the most to deal with.

  10. Oh its not the outdoor heat, its the pathetic fan I've had running in my cab lol I did a great job of light tighting the cab, but that means all that thick wood is holding in all the heat, especially with those additional higher watt CFLs...I hope adding in adequate ventilation will solve it, but I can't work on it till their 12 hours are up...

  11. I hear ya. As long as the new air you push in is cool enough you'll be set! Walmart fan selection kicks ass lmao. I got a 8 in high velocity fan marked $6 the other day just cuz the box had a dent. I have the same fan already and it was 15$ but having a back up is nice. :)

  12. Ugh, I hate sawing! So I finally got a square cut, and got the fan mounted up pretty flush with it. I'm going to have to cover with another DIY light/air filter, but hey that's easy! I put one over the other exhaust, works great! Anyways, the cabinets holding at 83, looks good so far! Also, I do believe is see little white hairs on all 3 plants now, woo! Take pics of everything later, I need a break after all that sawing lol

  13. Here's those pics I promised! It looks like the Berrys have doubled their growth rate, and are looking amazing!! I watered them, it seems like their using a lot more water now. The afghans look pretty good, the temp is much lower, their still pretty damp lower down. I'm seeing a little leaf yellow/browning lower down, heat damage or is it because its flowering? Hope its normal, and not a deficiency!
