Ok so I havnt smoked in 4or 5 months before this, but 22 days ago I smoked about two bowls max (prolly like 1.5) and have a drug test in a week. I'd call myself an athlete, did varsity swim for 4 years in HS and ran CC for my senior year. I've been drinking a lot of water since 22 days ago and gone to the gym about 2-3 times a week to run and lift.. Now that I have a week I'm going everyday and running at least 3 miles...
