I noticed theres a 'view all' button for the activity feed where you can see the big list of recent stuff: http://forum.grasscity.com/activityfeed is there such a thing for recent topics or is it just limited to 5 at a time?
Hit the, "View new content," button on the right under the, "chill out zone." Now, look to the control bar of features that appears on the left side of your screen. The second grouping is labeled, "By time period." Select a broader time period such as past week or past 2 weeks. (I usually use past 2 weeks myself) Then re-check the view new content and see if more topics have populated.
I am sorry but what does that have to do with activity feed ? They are completely separate functionalities
They are. But this guy stated he's looking for, "recent topics." If you want to see recent topics or recently updated topics, new content will give you that.
I am just wondering if theres a way to see more recently created topics, the box on the homepage is limited to display only 5 new topics is there a way to expand this function? the problem with this method is I get abunch of the 100+ page posts or anything that has been bumped recently
Activity feed does the same thing. Are you saying your activity feed does not show bumped threads, because mine sure does. I see 25 at a time in mine.
Sorry im pretty stoned and should of specified I meant for recently made topics only, not recently posted in topics
I understand it now. Atm there is no quick solution for this . However i'll add this to development needs so when we move to next version we can have a solution for it.
