First Time Grow Room Setup Help

  1. Hello everybody.  I have been lurking on the forums for years tossing around the idea of a grow but now I finally have the time space and funds to follow through.  This is my first post and I am trying to figure out a few issues I have left with my setup.  right now im still in the layout stage doing some cleaning and calculations but anyway lets get down to it.
I am designing a perpetual setup in a basement that stays around 70degF +/-5deg depending on outside temp with a veg/mother/clone room, a dual chamber flowering room and a drying curing area.  my intention is to do everything dwc and scrog in the flower rooms.  I absolutely want to enrich w co2 in a semi sealed environment.  each flower chamberis 5x10x8 (400cu/ft) will have 2 plants each with their own 4x4 scrog net and 1k watt aircooled hood.  I am planning on picking up 2or3 (1 spare) nanolux 1k flip ballasts so I can harvest monthly after I get up and going. I haven't yet selected hoods or environmental controls.  there are so many options out there and I would like some input from others with experience on how to set it up.  I am not cheap and will not cut corners.  the flower chambers will be separated by a pandapoly light barrier and possibly insulation to get a good nighttime temp drop. Each room will have direct access into the drying room to try to keep odor from leaking during harvest which is important to me.  I don't know if I should just get 2 separate environ. controllers for each chamber or I could just use one.  The controllers that are all in one temp/humid/co2 with fuzzy logic or whatever are very attractive but I would probably still need a controller,co2 tank and reg, and ventilation fans/ filters for each side. I haven't seen anything that would be good for a flip ballast setup.  I want to blow air straight through the hoods and out a basement window(sealed hoods so no reason for carbon filter).  so Im thinking I will duct each rooms light set separately and put a y duct right at the end in the window. I don't know how much of a problem heat is going to be but I am concernced if I don't calculate for this now I may have to make big changes later.  I would like to stick with co2 tanks and not a gen due to heat. any body else know of a similar setup that they could share some environmental control advice from?  sorry for the long first post but I still feel like I have more to say.  Thanks in advance to anyone that takes the time to read and respond.
