I forgot.... I'm working on finalizing my SIP setup and I have gotten one of the 3 reservoirs that I have to empty out and clean. It is going to be a rough job but I think I'll be able to power through
Not much new to report today, I had a gnat in the cabinet over the weekend and I ended up catching/killing it and haven't seen any others. I'm not going to assume that was the only one so the fly strips are going up and depending on how many those catch or not will determine how far I go. There has been an explosion of growth and I'm loving it. I have topped Dino a total of 3 times now and that will be the last. I stuck with topping Chronic only once and she has bounced back quickly after a little slow down after the topping. Chronic Dino And of course the group shots Off to work time, Have a Good One
Hello Everybody, Well all 2 of you.... LoL So the girls are 34 days old and I have them switched to 12/12. I made the switch on day 32 and so far so good. The down turn in temps in the last week have afforded me to run all lights and the temps have stayed around 77*. It has caused me to change the way I am heading with the lighting situation. I have decided that I'm going to go with a 300w LED and eliminate the HPS in the small cabinet and save it for later use in a tent. I also have not seen any gnats in the last 3 days nor did I have any on the strips. I'm going to replace them with a less obtrusive version. On to the stars of this. Chronic Dino And the group shots Some shots of the new rig I need to empty one more of the Kru bottles to fill the second slot. I'm almost there Have a Good one.
High There, The girls have made it to day 41, one week into flower. They are going though one bottle of water a day and are into quite the stretch. I have also just ordered a 300w LED and it should be here for next weekend. On to the plant porn. I'll start with Chronic And Dino The group shots Of course some random shots Have a good one
High there, and welcome to day 46. The girls are going like crazy and hogging water like nobody's business. They are using water at the rate of 3.5L a day. I'm far from a pro but these girls are looking absolutely beautiful. I can not take all the credit in this since my wife cares for the girls while I'm at work. So on to the pics. Chronic and Dino Some group and random I got the 300w LED this week and have discovered that I will have to wait till these girls are done to put it in play. It seems well built and all LEDs are lit. I guess that meets the requirements. Time will tell how long it lasts and the plant results. View attachment IMG_0006.JPG The amount of light that it puts out is incredible. The pics with it on are taken in a fully lit room and it makes the rest of the room seem dark. I can't wait to put it in there and bask the ladies in wonderful light. Have a good one
High there Everybody, Well it has been 55 days and the girls are looking good. I made a tea earlier this week and it wasn't anything special just a little EWC, Bat Guano, and a little molasses. That was applied 4 days ago and nothing other than spectacular growth and a lot of bud sites On to the pics Chronic Dino Some group and random Have a Good One
High There once again, The girls are doing great and enjoying the weather. The Northern Lights x Chronic seems to be a little bit slower than the Critical and isn't quite as frosty yet but it is getting there. I removed the 90w LED and turned the 250w HPS to full and the girls seem to be responding well. I plan on installing the 300w LED once this round is done. On to the pics, Have a Good one
High There and Good Morning, It is now day 76 and I could not be happier with the way the girls are going. They are so sticky and getting fuller, not to mention the frost, oh the frost. We are just on autopilot cruising to the finish. I am going to start 2 more seeds next weekend to keep this party going. Have a Good One
High there, Welcome to day 83. I am chomping at the bit waiting for my order to get here with the microscope so I can get a good look at the girls I was planning on starting a new seed this weekend but got some new stuff for the house and got wrapped up in that. The new seed will have to wait till next weekend. I believe it will be Cherry Bomb. On to the pics.... Have a Good one
High There, So the harvest has come and gone and I'm in the process of starting the Cherry Bomb seed. I wanted to give a bit of a final report and tally. I harvested 2 weeks ago and hung to dry for 5 days and then jarred and begun the curing steps then. At the time after drying the taste was a bit grassy as expected but the buzz was incredible. As I type this I'm getting ready to sample after 1 week of cure. The plan is to cure on the 2x burp a day schedule for one more week and then once a day burp for 1 week then I'll call it final and be a happy camper. One thing I can't get over is the smell, both plants have an almost playdough smell to them, it is fading as the cure is progressing but is still kinda odd. So I know the weights will be varied for each jar but I just wanted an average to give me a good idea of how much I ended up with. I weighed the amount in 1 full jar and ended up with 16.98g and for a total I got 2.5 jars of Northern Lights x Chronic and 3.5 jars of Critical. From the trim I utilized my new 1 gal bubble bags and was very happy with the results. From the Critical trimmings And from the NLxChronic And some micro pics pre-harvest Cheers and happy Growing,
