Hello. I've noticed a batch of white discoloration on a plant. It seems to be spreading to a lot of other plants, including bindweed and tomato. I was hoping that someone here could help me identify it. Thanks in advance. Here it is at its worst. Another view. Here it is on a random, clover looking plant. You can see how its eaten away at the leaves.

That's the thing. I see absolutely no bugs or other pests by or on the plant. I've looked at the damage with a magnifying glass, and still don't see any bugs.
