So I'm currently staying in my parent's house for the summer, going to back in the dorm around August-September. So these past few days I've been getting around smoking my little bowl in my room out my window, and using a coin to stop the cherry. Been great, haven't been caught at all, and barely even smells. Last night I waited for my pops to go to bed, waited till around 2:30 AM to spark up. Went great, blazed 3 fat bowls and got high as fuck. Then I decided to lay down on my bed and fuck around on my phone before I went to bed. I was looking around youtube videos however I somehow accidently called my home phone at 3 AM, and I didn't even realize. I was tripping hard until I realized i was actually calling my house phone for like 20 seconds, my dad woke up to answer however I hung up before he could pick up. He went in my room, and told me I've been smoking. I don't know how, because I already hid everything away, and it definetely didn't reek or smell like pot in my room as i had my fan moving on full blast with a window open. I was still tripping hard and my dad slapped me like 5 times and choked me and yelled at me for about an hour. Shit killed my high. Still didn't know what it made him think that I smoked weed. He said he could "smell" it on my breath. But that's a horrible excuse. Was kinda stupid but I just wanted to share Sucks, but from now on I'm forced to smoke weed outside :/
I never understand why people can't be respectful of others while staying under their roof. Just fucking go outside man. Your dad new you were smoking cuz you were so high you called your own house and didn't even realize it.

Word to the wise don't program your home phone number when you live with your parents. My dumb ass kid did the same thing when he was 16 partying at friends tied up the phone for an hour. Always wished I'd beat my kids like my parents did, padle/belt, not fists. But, I took it easy on them. Another word to the wise if you grow at home and your not legal, don't have cordless phones! to add some content....I've stealth blazed at my house for years, a few pointers: - don't load full size bowls. the direction the smoke from the cherried bowl travels is uncontrollable. - light a candle, it helps with the smell and you won't have to flick your Bic to relight it (HA!) - brush your teeth. stinky breath can be a giveaway. - if you want to accurately gauge how stanky your room is, leave the room for like 10 minutes then come back. when your marinading in your hotbox your nose gets desensitized - turn a fan on after you smoke, leave it on for a few hours - the smell lingers for at least half an hour, even if you stealth smoke near flawlessly. if you fuck up expect it to smell for a few hours. oh yeah also don't call your house phone at 3 AM after you smoke pot in your room. personally I've never had this issue, but here we are... oh yeah also when I read about your dad choking and slapping you I felt really uncomfortable. my dad has beat my ass, punched me, kicked me, whatever but the dude's never slapped or choked me. that's some fetish shit, man. next time you tell this story I'd leave that part out.

You got caught from the stupidest reason because of your own stupidity. I was like you once, "yeah, Ill just blaze in my room, fuck going outside" Then I woke the fuck up and realized that I am living under my parents roof for free. Your lucky he didn't kick your ass to the curb and instead gave you an ass kicking that you probably deserved. If your living at home and your folks aren't cool with mj, simply don't smoke inside and you have nothing to worry about.
weed smells dude. just because you stop the cherry, have the window open and the fan on doesnt mean it wont smell at all. it just wont smell bad enough to stink up the whole house, but within your room the smell is deff still present.
Just so everyone knows. I've noticed that cough drops work PERFECTLY for weed breath. Brushing your teeth works, but a lot of that smoke smell stays in your throat, the cough drops juices are swallowed so it fully gets rid of that taste in your throat. I always have some cough drops in my glovebox in my car in case I get pulled over while I'm high. And also It's important to wash your hands, if you poke the bowl or touch that stuff with your fingers the smell stays there unless you wash your hands. Two great tips that have helped my sneak tokes for years.
