So I sold my xbox a year ago and I'm going through withdrawal haha so I decided to buy elder scrolls online for my mac desktop, I bought it and everything is all set but it says I need 65GB so far I've only freed up 150 MB

I've deleted unused apps,I've emptied my trash, and deleted movies off iTunes and everything I can think of. But I'm still not even close

  2. Is the hard drive even big enough, you can't clear what isn't there. You could always buy a hard drive.

There's a PC program called TreeSize that will show you where the space on your hard drive is being allocated. Since they don't have a Mac version, here's a list of alternatives for Macs

That way you can see what's taking up space and where you can afford to make room at.

  7. Buy a 1000gb harddrive. Aka the 1tb harddrive

  8. A 150 MB is nothing. If you need 65 GB for skyrim you're gonna need 66560 MB freed. You are gonna need a new hard drive or clear everything on your hard drive to fit it.

  9. Sounds like you need to repartition your drive.

  10. Do you know how large your HDD is? 150MB is a fraction of a gig you have a long way to go and like others have suggested depending on your HDD size and space availability you may need to buy another drive.

Hard drives are pretty cheap now a days you can get yourself a 500gb+ sata 3 or 6 for your mac for under a hundred bucks.

This is what I was going to suggest as well.

Is this a real suggestion?? How would partitioning his drive help free up space? Please I would love to hear this one :)

  11. just get an external hard drive. they're pretty cheap

if you keep deleting just enough to get whatever new thing you want you're gonna be doing this forever haha

  12. I have no idea how your pc is even running with only 150mb free. My pc shits itself when it falls under a gb

  17. Don't get used to gaming on Mac, you'll be disappointed. Also go buy a external HDD and move all your less used shit to that
