When you start flower is completely dependent on your size/yield goals. The longer you veg, the more bud sites will develop and thusly your yield will increase. I'd recommend waiting until your screen is filled Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
also depends on the strain if you have a real stretchy plant you may want to consider flipping when your screens are more like 3/4 full. but if your plants don't stretch lots then the fuller the better!
