  1. I think the low nutrient concentration has taken its toll. Just give it time and they will suddenly start racing I'm sure

Yeah, I have to say I am at least relieved it's not TMV like my friend tried to convince me. I am very confident it's ca def.

  3. What's TMV?

  4. like the goddamn plague or AIDS for plants, spreads by touch of humans or from a shitty hydro store or something.

  5. Not good at all

    DAY 16

    Update: temps between 79f-82f

I flushed the buckets out and replaced with fresh solution. I combined GH flora micro, GH flora bloom, GH calimagic. I also gave each plant 12.5ml of aquashield by botanicare.

Martha: I used formula of 1:2:1.2 of micro/bloom/calimag

    DAY 17 (7/26/14)

I checked my plants at 11am and they were doing well:

    Martha:
    6.2pH 268ppm
    Ruth:
    6.2pH 246ppm
    Lucy:
    6.1pH 249ppm

Then I came back home at midnight and the air pump had disconnected from the piece that splits it into 8 hoses. So none of the buckets had gotten air!!! I re established everything then check the stats again

    Martha:
    martha_jul_26.jpg martha_jul_26_badleaf.jpg
    6.4pH 284ppm

    Ruth:
    ruth_jul_26.jpg
    6.5pH 269ppm

    Lucy:
    lucy_jul_26.jpg lucy_jul_26_badleaf.jpg
    6.4pH 261ppm

    Quite the mistake.

  8. looks minimal damage done, you may have caught it in time, even tho there was no oxygen pump going, seems there would be an abundance of O still in the water from the pump going for so long already..

do you have your beneficial bacterias mate? you gotta invest in some mycorrizhae and trichoderma

do it now while water EC is low... they dont like high EC to colonize... they will sort out your nute uptake problems

  10. I do have aquashield by botanicare which comes from chicken shit. I have been trying to stay away from bacteria as I want the option to use h2o2 to get rid of pythium.

  12. see @[member="Stillmatic"] they were just fine... good thing u came home at midnight...

but 87 degrees F.. seems a bit high to me

that may be whats causing the wrinkling on the leaves

My bad, should have been 81f. Although sometimes it does get to 86f in there because the weather gets to 105f+. yeah I think the fans I had in there fucked things up a bit for me as well because they weren't oscillatory.

  14. oh yeah i hear you bro... prefer indoor grow in the winter lol or at least flower lights on at night when it cools a bit more during summer.

I see, well i'm excited to see how this setup does as I was looking at those same lights you are using. good luck.

PS let us know how those things work on a technical level..high quality parts and labor? etc.. thanks!

  16. I haven't looked at the insides but everything I can inspect without unscrewing anything looks absolutely great. I could not be more pleased with the light, shipping took less than 3 days because they have warehouse in my state (California). I really recommend anyone who wants an LED to go to topledgrowlight.com at the same time I would recommend HPS over all but if LED is what you want, you would be hard pressed to beat topledgrowlight.com

  17. DAY 23
Update: Temps between 77f and 81f
I have been increasing the ppm of the solution the plants are in everyday. Even so it continues to drop so I slowly raise it higher and higher. Yesterday at 1Am I raised them to 358/366/366 and then I just measured them now and they were at 331/272/318 so they want nutrients. They don't look very healthy to me though. They are still suffering from brown spots appearing on different leaves and also weird leaf mutations and fusions.

  18. Whatever they drop by in 24 hours increase it by the same amount again. So because your one dropped from 366 to 272 I would try it at 460. That is quite a huge drop for just 24 hours, they will struggle without the nutes they need
