Those familiar with the films of Wes Anderson, will have no problem fitting in here with "The Grand Budapest Hotel" my favorite toke movie has to be "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" , only because of the quirky style that Wes uses to get his message across, but that don't stop Hollywood from crashing down his doors, trying to get into his movies, really its no joke to see Hollywood's finest, pre booked, heavily indebted, and committed to other movies, to drop everything to come do a walk thru or cameo in a Wes Anderson movie....its HOT!! ... and in this The Grand Budapest Hotel is no different, you just never know who's just round the corner.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DmXdU8Nglk I knew from previous adventures with Wes Anderson to go blazzed to death, and I was, so did the entire cinema too, it wasn't a film as such but a very quiet toke party, with 200 friends and guests, this movie has the best one liners ever, some patrons even as far as noting the lines down ...thats to much ...lol so lets have some?

Gustave : She was dynamite in the sack by the way...... Zero: She was 84, Monsieur Gustave
(In a snow covered landscape) "Why are we stopping at a barley field?"
(Unpacking the cake) "Who's got the throat slitter?"
    M. Gustave: The plot thickens. I wonder....is that a soup metaphor? Silence is golden. Duct-tape is silver.

  2. I was supposed to see this with friends, so I never went to see it in theaters...  My favorite Wes Craven film be the Fantastic Mr Fox.  I've seen them all, except this one.

  3. The life Aquatic is great, Bill Murray is hilarious. I saw The Grand Budapest Hotel in the theater it's was also good with a great cast. Good dialogue as well.
I feel like a Wes Anderson film is a kids story with a adult feel to it.
