Whats up, Im attempting my first grow indoors and Im wondering can I grow from start to finish in my 8 inch pot, any disadvantages??? Or is it better to start my grow in a plastic cup then transpant to my 8 inch pot when ready???
on my first grow...im in now - i put my clone into a 13 inch plastic pot for about week until i thought it needed to go to the 5 gallon bucket . i waited until she got dry - not really dry but fairly dry , gently turned her over and she slid right out of the 13 inch upside down....i put her in the prepared 5 gallon , covered her well but not tight and watered lightly .
I always start in small containers, like a solo cup or small seedling planter. It makes it easier to water in a small contaniner. How are you going to Germinate your beans?? Yes you can grow start to finish in 8 inch pot, I grow in a grow box and my plants are in 7 inch pots. It helps me keep them small.... smaller pots = smaller plants. Hope that helps...... Thanks for the replies, I'm going to be growing indoors in my grow box, and I'm going to germinate my seeds with the paper towel method then I'm most likely going to start in a solo cup
