Does Weed Make You See More Realistic?

  1. Okay I know this is going to be long so just bear with me. Since I started smoking, I seriously feel like my life has gotten better. Am I crazy? All my life I've been exposed to how bad marijuanna is. But before I started smoking, I didn't see things realistically. I didn't notice ALOT of things about my life that other people noticed. I was a know it all. I thought I knew everything. I don't know how to put it into better words but I felt like I was in denial of how bad my life actually was. I was lazy and most importantly selfish. I got bad grades and did not live take life seriously. I thought everything was going to be handed to me when I'm older like it has been my whole life. But weed made me realize how terribly wrong I was. I stopped being selfish and started feeling compassion for my family, people, and animals. I realized how disrespectful, mean, and cold I was to my siblings and parents. Even to my extended family members who have done nothing but try and help me my entire life. I even felt bad for my pets and started treating them how I would want to be treated. (Not rushing them to go to the bathroom or getting angry at them for taking too long, or seeing an empty water bowl and just shrugging it off thinking someone else will do it.) I also realized that I needed to start working my ass of in school because the world or government owes me nothing. I started keeping my room clean, offering to do more for my parents, stop teasing my sisters as much, etc. I developed a better appreciation for nature and discovered some ways I believe the universe works. Not going into that now though because I simply don't have the vocabulary to explain it. How can this plant be that bad? Do people really think that nature got it wrong but in 1937, a bunch of corrupt politicians got it right? I understand its not right for everyone and has different effects, but does anyone else see the potential for this plant? What it could do to change people's lives? Just wanted to bounce my story off some of your guys heads and see if any of you have any thoughts because I have never shared any of this with anyone before.

  2. Amen dude. I completely agree. Ever since I started smoking regularly my head has been spun around, in the best way possible, and I've new takes on all aspects of life. Mary is Truly an amazing drug, if it even deserves such a derogatory label.

  3. It amplifies the inner thought for me.

Too much of it can be a bad thing, but it's great in moderation. You don't want to live in your head 24/7 or else you actually start to lose touch with reality.

  4. Good for you dude. I think the politicians got it right at the time for their own self interest of controlling the masses. I defs see the potential for what this plant can do with respects to individuality and it's potential industrial use.

I started using it when I was 13, I realized early through older peeps talking, movies, and people's reactions on the (fucking) plant that... You know what it's probs no big deal. That being said it has it's own addictive nature, and I now see it as something that can be used as a spiritual tool, with precautions of course.

  5. I'm glad you are not expecting handouts from the gov. I have to wonder if maybe you just lived long enough to understand the way things actually work. I really doubt it had anything to do with weed but YMMV.

To put it simply, weed opens your mind to things you wouldn't have thought of before.

That doesn't necessarily mean good tjings

  9. Yes, I completely agree 100%. I used to think marijuana was so horrible and that it's still a drug and I that only bad people ever do stuff like that. But then I tried it and BOOM. I even improved myself and my personality since I have started smoking. It made me see my own flaws more clear and I couldn't be happier

absolutely, due to increased activity in the pineal gland. we are so bombarded with chemicals (fluoride in water is a big one so is herbicides/pesticides) and radiation (tv/radio/radar/mobiles/haarp etc while hardly ever seeing the sun) that our pineal calcifies. smoking weed/hallucinogens/certain foods etc can increase our pineal's activity and de-calcify it letting you access far greater ability's then we are ever taught in a school/uni/society

why do you think such things are illegal, so frowned upon and illegal? and nature so irrelevant? the government/elite don't want you waking up to there ways. all they want is money and power. if that's by making everyone have cancer and then poisoning them more while taking all their money pretending to treat them so be it.

  11. lets just say weed makes me aware of the radicalness that we're living here and now. It's all for fun and enjoyment. No need to be stressed about a thing.

  12. It makes you see things you wouldn't see otherwise, but whether or not what you see is more realistic or not is up to interpretation.

  13. I have ADD so I feel my experience isn't the norm, but weed makes me really anxious and delusional occasionally. I've only noticed that I've been better off without it since I've quit smoking everyday. So after I take this month break I'll see if I can keep it to just the weekends, but if not I'll just have to quit all together. Everyone's different though.

  14. I like that you voice that experience.

The forums can get milk-and-honey from time to time with talk about how the herb  can influence people.  Just like advocates against it only list the negative scenarios, many advocates for it only list the positive and negate or deflect all reports of the negative.

  15. In my experience, the number of stories I hear about people smoking weed and having everything in their life improve is significantly greater than the number of stories of people smoking weed and ruining their lives. Also, nearly 100% of the time, those with bad stories also had underlying issues and weed wasn't entirely the cause of the problem. Glad to hear another good story. Keep blazing, mate.

  16. I thought you meant it literally before i read your post, but for me yes marijuana enhances my depth perception and color perception

  17. Weed improves sensation, introspection and appreciation.

That causes some people to sit on the couch and let life come to them, others are motivated to go out and engage the world. But there's no wrong approach as long as you're responsible and happy.

Between late May and early June I worked 17 days straight, 10 hr shifts. earned more money and did my boss a huge favor

    All credit goes to weed

edit : just to clarify I wasn't intoxicated on the job

  19. the effect of weed is different for everyone but from my first experience I can relate to this and weed just expands your mind and thoughts more whether its good or bad

Good. You are learning the truth for yourself and probably realizing that 99.9% of what the government tells you is a lie. The education system reinforces those lies, along with a lot parents.
