    For all we know it could just be a dense nug, also there is no scale(example=coin/lighter/anything really) to compare the size. Personally I don't think he got ripped off if that's the going rate for a gram in his area.

    The OP never said that was the only bud he got... And no dude if you actually got a gram of them frosty ass nugz then you paid about the going rate in any state that isn't legal.
     
    That bud is very nicely manicured as well as very potent looking. That is what is called bag appeal and bag appeal often times will demand a higher price but doesn't guarantee quality.
