Here are a few tips on how you can naturally increase the HGH (human growth hormone) without any injections, difficult methods, or anything unpleasant. Let's start, shall we:

  3. Genes. I didn't do anything special to become 6' 4. And I always heard weigh lifting at a young age stunted growth. Could be false information though.

  4. Growth hormones in cows don't have much to do with it. The US is only the 9th tallest country in the world and the countries with taller people [like Estonia, Denmark, Lithuania, etc.] banned growth hormones in livestock years ago. The US hasn't banned them and it's really mostly about genes and a proper diet. Plenty of fat, protein, and HEALTHY carbs will make you grow to your full potential.

  5. I'm already tall as hell.. No thanks

If you're going to do some reading...

Google "8 simple ways to feel good about the way you are"...

No matter how tall or short, fat or slim you are, you will get more from that, trust me.

Life is far too short to spend worrying about how other people perceive your looks.
Appearance isn't everything, sad depressed people come in every sort...

Character is everything in this world, learn it now and don't ever forget it. Looks and importance of your body fade, over the long run people with character are the ones who find happiness.

    Just my 90 cents.

  10. Why did you feel it necessary to emphasize that a person eats HEALTHY carbs but not to emphasize the importance of healthy choices for fat and protein?

  11. There's too much of a debate about what makes these sources "healthy". I think what matters most is that you eat everything in moderation and to eat WHOLE and GOOD QUALITY food. Meat and dairy for example get a bad rep but hey, I've known countless people who've lived well past into [and past] their 90's whilst eating sausage and cheese more than twice a week on average.
Personally, I think it's simply a matter of getting plenty of what you need and less of what you don't need in your diet. I eat all parts of the animal and eat raw dairy cuz I won't settle for less; and I think that's "healthy" enough for me.

In America, we've been bombarded with "carb this"  "carb that"...it's a disservice to people's diet if you ask me.

I had dinner guests a few years ago and my wife and I made salad bar with all organic home grown veggies from our garden, and homemade bread sticks....very healthy stuff here so I thought.

They refused to eat the bread sticks because of this fear of carbs they had, almost a fear of bread! But they ate the store bought croutons that were heavily processed with preservatives, sodium, and salts... It opened my eyes a bit for sure. People will eat processed foods before homemade bread because of this irrational fear of carbs.

raw cow milk from the farm (from healthy cows) is very beneficial for you... but if you try drink that sort of milk from one of our artificially grown cows, you'll probably wind up with some funky disease.

same goes for any dairy products.

  14. Though I respect and agree with you, taking care of your body is usually more important than anything else. The body is your home and living in a happa, clean, and positive home can make you feel beautiful. Also, your body does not naturally fade in perfomance. When you take care of your body, growth can be achieved much easier and theoretically indefinitely.

  15. It really is about Genes.  I'm the 2nd tallest in my immediate family, and we are all very short ( Asians ).  I do about everything listed in the OP and still stand at maybe 5' 3" or 4

  16. I used to eat heaps of kangaroo meat and I'm 7ft 5

  17. things like this are just kind of hear say. ever heard of rubbing banana peels on you're teeth will whiten them? I think its funny

  18. Stretching also helps by correcting your posture and making you appear taller.

  19. Get one of those upside down teeter hang ups and implement silicates in the diet, mostly concrete to support the space between your weakened spinal disks.
