Found Silica Packet In Act

  1. I was brewing an ACT (tea) and somehow found a silica packet at the bottom of the jug upon watering. I assume it came in the Roots Oregonism XL beacuse I dumped the pack in there. Would this be cause to toss the plants due to the "do not consume" labels on these? It was in there for the 24 hr bubbling period.

I know this is odd and I'm not 100% sure where it came from.

  2. Silica gel is non-toxic, meaning that it is not poisonous if eaten. The package says "DO NOT EAT" because (1) it is not food, and (2) it could be a choking hazard.

all it is, is a desiccant that absorbes moisture
