    Get 2-3 at home drug tests and test yourself.

    You should be totally clean. I smoked twice daily for about a year and 3-4 times a week before that. I was clean in 21 days. I'm 6'4 190 lbs for reference

    Oral test- you are absolutely fine! No two ways about it!  :yay:
     
    Urine test- The longest anyone has tested positive, in medical studies that I have seen, was 45 days. Everyone else in that group was clean by 35 days or sooner.
     
    Hair test- you're screwed.
     
    Urine and oral tests are the most common since they are cheaper.
     
    Tips to help you pass a urine test-
     
    Dilution- just drink a lot of fluids, but not just water. Too much water can make you sick, or kill you! :eek:  Don't waste your money on fancy detox drinks- fruit juices, milk , soup... just about anything liquid will give you the same results.
     
    Vitamins- ONE "B" vitamin or "Stress tab" will keep your urine yellow during dilution. More will turn your urine day-glo yellow and tip off the tester. (If this happens just say you were nervous and took one of your Mom's OTC stress tabs.)   A second helpful thing is zinc!
     
    Zinc Reduces the Detection of Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and THC by ELISA Urine Testing.       (abst – 2011)        We need 8 to 11 mg of zinc daily; over 40 mg/day can cause zinc poisoning.   http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21740689

    It is best to take zinc with a meal, Zinc can upset your stomach.
     
     
    When you give your sample- do not give them the first urine of the day- it has the highest concentration of THC in it. Drink enough so you urinate a few times before the test.  Also the very first part and the very last part of your urine has the highest concentration of THC. So you want to pee a bit, take your sample, then finish up.
     
    After your test (I know this is hard) don't go out and celebrate by getting stoned. If there is the slightest chance that you may test positive, hold off! That way if you do test positive like that poor dude in the study or it comes back as inconclusive, you can ask for a retest and those few extra days may be enough to get you clean! Why will they let you have a retest if you test positive? Because you can claim that your shampoo caused a "false positive"! You researched "false positives" and...... :rolleyes:
