Wish I took a pic last night. Had some 24 hour marinated rib eye steaks grilled on my charcoal smoker....along with some grilled bacon...grilled chicken...and grilled bacon wrapped asparagus. Shit was incredible, and being in the smoker it filled my whole street with amazing smelling smoke lol I heard people behind my house saying "damn that shit smell good" it made me smile.
Skewered chicken breast and bellpepper marinated in orange juice, jerk spice rub, olive oil and lime juice.
Grilled brick oven pizza. If you've never tried it before I suggest it. Gotta get the coals roaring hot and use actual bricks but no better way to make pizza. View attachment 1500608
Yes sir. Make sure it's no pulp OJ. I used 1/2 cup OJ, 3 tbsp jerk spice rub, 3tbsp olive oil, juice from 1 lime. Mix it all up. If you use wooden skewers make sure to let those bad boys soak in water for 20 min or so otherwise they'll catch fire ! But i'm sure you knew that
Sweet potatoes are disgusting. I remember I would be happy to get curly fries for lunch only to be disappointed when I took a bite out of them and realized they were sweet potato curly fries.
