lol I used to smoke a little just before and I liked it but it didn't really work for me personally. I noticed I burned less calories, my heart rate didn't increase as much when I smoked beforehand. Different strokes I guess. I'm totally with you on enjoying healthy food more though. I love going for a jog, smoking and then coming home and eating fruit or making a smoothie. It's like heaven, so refreshing lol. I've been cooking a lot more instead of ordering takeout. Chinese, Greek, Italian. I just like finding healthier ways to make my favorite food and then having a lot of extras because I'm really greedy honestly lmao Congrats on your weightloss man. 120 lbs, that's amazing.
