  1. I honestly Couldn't agree more, my entire bank of knowledge came from here many years ago, and now I spend most of my time giving it back to all the people with questions throughout the community.

Looking nice, You can tell it was topped for sure. How long ago was it topped? Looks nice regardless though, good looking Indica.

Hey, I'd like some feedback on my outdoor plant :)

It will be about 6 weeks of flowering Tomorrow.

It still doesn't really have too much of a smell, is that normal? Like even the slight scent it does have isn't a very "weedy" smell.

  4. Hey wondering if you could take a look at this plant. It was planted as an indoor for a week or two from seed. Then my lighting fixture broke so I brought all the seedlings outside and just kinda forgot about em. 2 weeks later I checked and this is the only one that one was alive. They are low Ryder auto flowers. Any tips to improve health?

The water was cause it was raining, but the third pick you can see a leaf turning upwards, and brown/yellow spotting on another.

  7. Just started week 6 of 12/12 what do tall think? In a 5 gallon bucket of soil under 400w HPS using fox farm trio. Unknown strain from bagseed. About 3 feet tall and pretty much just as wide. This is my first flower cycle so hoping it goes well.

  12. First time grower, recent poster, long time lerker.

I am currently growing 4 plants as a first timer.
    2x "Sleestack" Skunk (Regular)
1x "Delicious Seeds" Critical Super Silver Haze (Feminized)
1x "Kera Seeds" Amsterdam Cheese (Feminized)

I am going to start a post or a grow journal but dont know which one. For now please check out my best Skunk so far :)

    Strain: "Sleestack" Skunk (Regular)
    Medium: Fox Farm Ocean Forest
    Lights: 4x Maxlite 20w 5000k CFLs (1200 lumens each) and 2x GE 48in T12 40w 6500k (2900 lumens each)
    Nutrients: None at this time
Current Date: Seed started Sept 16, broke soil Sept 19th, pics are from today Oct 02 after transplant yesterday.
Future plans: Kick into flower ASAP, not looking for giant yeilds I dont smoke much at all. If I could get 2oz off 4 plants I would be set for a long time. Also would have the great feeling of doing it the right way with lots of reasearch and reading.

Honestly wasn't sure... I was reading a lot into 12/12 from seed just because I am on such a budget, even energy cost wise. And my goal is close to 2oz total out of 4 plants. Do you think a 1/2oz per plant is too much to expect for such a grow and a first grow? I've let them veg this long trying to get a good root system going and pump them up a little and let the little ones get caught up. I've been running 18/6 for lights. Plus it's nice to see them growing everyday.

I thought about LST one skunk and leaving the other au naturel to see the difference and the yield difference first hand, since they are the same size and age. I need to read up more on LST. I know about topping and FIM'ing and I know it will slow the plant a little for a few days/week while it recovers. Is it worth it to top, FIM, LST even with small quicker grown plants? The Cheese and SS Haze are just tiny and about a week behind the skunks so I'm thinking about leaving those alone. My grow box is 4.5ft long, 20in deep, 4ft tall.  Minus pots and the light I could go as tall as 2.5 ft safely for the plants. But I'm also worried about not having enough light for the ladies.

Currently using about 180w with lights and fan on 18/6 and costing about $16.76 per month

When I go to 12/12 Im adding four 23w 2700K CFL's and Y splitters and changing the T12's to a lower K. Total watts will be 272. With the extra power and lower hours it will cost about $16.88 per month. So not much change and a lot more watage.

Any suggestions? You guys know WAY more then I do on the subject. Also I know FFOF has nutrients in it but they will run out before too long. Any decent cheep nutrients you guys recommend?

  15. Hey guys, I got a shark widow here in ff soil with 3 cfls and I am just worried about the lightness in the leaves. Also, some of the other leaves are curling up and dying but the news ones look like they are decifient in something, any ideas?

    Chinese food...no soul food!
