Ok this is my 2nd grow (first with autos), I am currently mid first grow which you can read about via by signature link below. In someways I wish my first grow was an autoflowering strain, but I've learn at lot over the last 47 days.

Anyway you could say I have got the bug to grow weed, I picked up a few different auto seeds a few weeks back planning on a possible outdoor/backyard grow. I may reconsider the outdoor grow depending on how the UK weather shapes up this month.

So I started out on bank hol monday with x2 seeds, one being a auto
bubblelicious and the other a auto sweet tooth. Started off with the leave
in a glass of water method for 24 hours and then moved the seeds
to the wet kitchen towel method. Compared to my first grow non auto
seeds, the auto seeds both sprang small roots within 24 hours. But when transfering the seeds to pots the sweet tooth root broke, I carried on planting it hoping for the best. The bubblelicious was planted fine and basically popped the surface of the soil on thursday, but so far no sign of the sweet tooth.

Current setup is just a small T5 light for the bubblelicious seedling, roughly hanging 10cm above.
Once established in veg, I may consider squeezing it in my current grow tent. Otherwise it will
be introduced to the great outdoors and my backyard.

Fingerscrossed the sweet tooth puts in an appearance!
Would be very keen for some followers who have grown autos.

  2. Ok I may of got really lucky with the Sweet Tooth auto, just broke soil.
I shall see how things go.

  3. Ok the Sweet Tooth has made a surprising comeback, roughly 2 days behind the Bubblelious.

  4. I'm subbed for the ride! I think that the bubblelicious is stretching for light and that you should move the light closer. I am growing 3 autos right now along with 1 feminized regulars and 2 regulars. If you want to check them out, my journal link is in my signature. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Even though I am on my first grow, I have learned a lot from this forum and through research. Good luck; I can't wait to see how these turn out.

Yep I had stretching on my first grow with regular seeds, did't know what to do then.
But will sort these autos out so they don't stretch too much, am glad my sweet tooth has pulled through as the root broken when planting.

What light you using on yours?

  6. I'm growing outdoors for my first grow and then I'm gonna try an indoor grow for my next one

  7. Yep outdoors was my plan on these auto's I've started, but weather is UK is crap at the moment.
Am 50/50 if I am gonna keep my autos indoors or not at the moment.

Currently got normal fem plants growing in my tent for my first grow
and started to think it would of be so much easier if I started with autos.
But I can't complain as learn loads of the last 50 days or so.

Will be interested to see how your auto white widow does, my white widows are 11 days into flowering growing like crazy.

Let me know if you need help with indoor grow setup.

  9. Sure thing. Thanks!

  10. Judging your fav strains your stateside right?

  11. Yup

  12. Day 9 - Veg
Bubblelicious is going ok 2nd set of leaves just started growing, stretching abit too much but coping ok.
Stretching is down to the very small T5 light I am using.

Sweet Tooth is coming up the rear and is roughly a good few days behind the Bubblelicious,
am surprised it's even grown considering when I potted the root of it broken.

  13. Hey gingerb nice seeing you going at it again! A word of advice is try to get it transplanted to final container when it outgrows current

its ideal to plant autos directly into final container as they dont like being transplanted at all really.

But good luck mate! Wish you the best with your grow.

  14.
Yep keen to see how well the autos do, I've still got x1 normal female WW on it's 3rd week of flower.

I've already switch containers for the autos they seems happy enough, I've heard mixed views on transplants some
people say start off in small pot other say go straight to final container/pot.

Anyway I feel I have bit more knowledge now with these autos, compared to when I started my WW's.
Just got to wait 2 weeks befored giving nutes to the autos, as hav heard some don't like nutes too early.

    Do you usually grow autos?

  15.
Yes :) most my grows are autos, What light cycle are you gonna do them on?

  16.
Trying to do 18/6, but tricky as have the WW on 12/12.

  17. Day 19 - Veg
Ok growth considering both autos are getting true 18hours of light.
Currently 12 hours in the tent with my flowering female plant and then about 5 hours under a small T5 light.

Bubblicious is well again growthwise to the sweet tooth.

Cheers for the sub, they should be further along I think.
But I started them abit early still mid flower with normal WW, so have limited light at the moment.

Gonna try another grow with x2 other auto seeds i have, with just my LED light.

How it the miracle grow soil working out for you?

  19. So far so good.... but its still way early plan on ff soil next go I have 3 auto ak seeds left
