From my reading of the Bill, which I think Dayton has yet to sign though he said he would, those questions will be answered in the "Rule Making Process". I suspect quite a lot will change as this moves toward implementation. The two manufactures need to be chosen by 12/1 if MN can't get a supply from the Feds. There is a six month extension allowed. Whole plant extracts are allowed. It's not a CBD only law but there will only be two manufactures and they will get to choose strains with input from the Commissioner. I wish we had a MMJ State Specific Thread we could work this discussion in. I'll ask the Moderators.

That is just the tip if the iceberg of the problems with this law. If you think those three points are overpowered by the rest of the law then I guess you could call it a win. Most of us don't. Shit has got to stop or any progress that has been made (and there certainly has been over the last several years) will unravel. It already is a little bit in California.
