Discussion in 'Marijuana News' started by Philosiraptor, May 10, 2014.

  1. Do you know all the deal making it took to get THIS version this far? YOu don't have a clue. Stop embarrassing yourself.

  2.
Come on man.  Another argument thread.

Let's just celebrate and ask questions/share information.

  3.
and it will take even longer to reach an improved version. so what's your point?

  4. I posted this in the MMJ News version of this thread but this thread seems to be more getting a much bigger response so I'll post my concerns here as well.

not to mention the cost $$ to the sick of covering the oil makers salaries and all the docs when the sick people go to them for the oil. like having to go to a drug dealer now for meds instead of just sprouting a few seeds yourself. also probably going to be nuclear derived radiated plant oils with just a few vital compounds hanging on in there for dear life trying to find a sick person to make better. hell, if the compounds aren't there wth are people to use for medicine?? are they planning mass scale placebo with people thinking they are getting the good stuff, shit!

  6. From my reading of the Bill, which I think Dayton has yet to sign though he said he would, those questions will be answered in the "Rule Making Process".  I suspect quite a lot will change as this moves toward implementation.

The Most current incarnation of the Bill:

    THE BILL ITSELF:

I think this will be very interesting to watch develop.  The two manufactures need to be chosen by 12/1 if MN can't get a supply from the Feds.  There is a six month extension allowed.

Whole plant extracts are allowed. It's not a CBD only law but there will only be two manufactures and they will get to choose strains with input from the Commissioner.

I wish we had a MMJ State Specific Thread we could work this discussion in.  I'll ask the Moderators.

flickyourbic:  If you knew this man better you would NOT flame him like this.  He is not a conspiracy nut job.  He does know his stuff very well.  Having a positive attitude is a good thing but those rose colored glasses can obscure reality.

  9. Oh great, another one...

JUST THE FACT THAT CHILDREN AND ADULTS ALIKE CAN HAVE ACCESS TO LIFE SAVING MEDICINE IS A FUCKING WIN.

Hey flickyourbic-I was just reading over your posts.  You are some piece of work.  You are one of the most arrogant posters I've seen on this site and have nothing but cocky childish crap spewing from you.

    Does this look familiar:
"You're really going to call me a dick and make a cute little name for me when I say shit like "I'm sorry but please". Yeahhhh FUCK YOU. You're a lazy fucking piece of shit. Re-read my post you fucking idiot. I was nothing but courteous, yet blunt, with you and was trying to help you. But yeah you go fuck yourself there champ. Go ahead and continue doing what you're doing, it's all you're good for anyways."

Classy flick, classy.  If you can't contribute something useful to this conversation Pal, please take a hike.

Have you even read the new MN law?  People are angry because it's so limited that many, many adults are being left behind in this new program and those that do participate will have their health care information tracked and reported to the State and be subjected to Felony charges for possession of any actual plant matter while the general population does not hit a felony until 42.5g.  That is just the tip if the iceberg of the problems with this law.  If you think those three points are overpowered by the rest of the law then I guess you could call it a win.  Most of us don't.  Here is the law as it stands at the moment if you care to educate yourself:  https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/text.php?version=latest&session=ls88&number=SF2470&session_year=2014&session_number=0

  11. Lol. Stay classy.

  12. SMFH. We are gonna make it easy for prohibitionists to keep this shit illegal with all this infighting. Medical vs rec, growers vs. store/dispensary owners, "providers" vs legitimate caretakers. Shit has got to stop or any progress that has been made (and there certainly has been over the last several years) will unravel. It already is a little bit in California.

  13. You don't need to worry about poor little us in CA, sweetie.

  14. I don't....I'm worried about the patients who are facing ridiculous restrictions thanks to California's unwillingness to somewhat regulate dispensaries and growers.

I fucking give up on you people. Keep bitching about progress because you'll just look like a dipshit later.

I seriously just can't fathom how people bitch and complain about ANY progress. Yeah the program is kind of a joke, but it is one step further than before. Just the fact that some patients will actually be able to get the relief they need and bitching about it is just fucking selfish.

Whatever, LOL at you for digging far enough to find a post to try and call me out on some irrelevant bullshiit. How about you get a life there champ? Also lrn2internets... You can't even link a page right.

Our members are not dipshits, nor is disrespect held in high honor. You need to learn to articulate your point without resorting to pettiness through name calling.

It's really not that hard and it preserves the ability for effective communication, one of our main goals in preserving the goals of the City.

  16. This thread is a trip. Everybody is right. Yes, it is a little bit of progress forward. Yes, this MN med bill sucks ass. What were we fighting about again?

Ohh fuck it. I've got my health, thank the lord, so these lame ass mmj bills don't do shit for me. Don't do shit for the majority of the folks who need it I guess.

I want recreational man. I wanna get high, so high. And not be a criminal. What do these politicians know about writting a good marijuana law? They don't. They've been beat over the head with the bible belt that feeling good is a sin. I guess it's gonna take a little more time.

  17. I'm posting this in a couple spots so more eyes see it.  Sorry if this is bothersome.

\n\nEnjoy the education and the show.  This is going to be very interesting I think.
\nKnowing MN this as I do this MMJ Program could get frozen in complexity as the Rules get worked on.  Maybe the members of the Task Force that are not politicians can keep it from getting bogged down.  Maybe...

  18. LOL ain't that the damn truth
