Whats up GC? I am growing a scrog of 2 g13 pineapple express and 2 chronic thunders in a 4x4 tent in 5 gal coco pots under a 600w'er. I am on day 3 of 12/12 and am running out of room to keep tucking my plants under the screen. My question is, should i let them just stretch up or should i try to keep tucking them? Its pretty crowded in there

I have read to stop tucking after stretch but i definitely wont have room for that.

  2. No advice for a brotha??

  3. You have tons of room dude!  I'd tuck till about day 14 or so.

  4. is it cool if say, my back left plant stretches over the back right plant and vice versa? Because right now the plants have filled up their 2x2 footprint. thanks man @[member="Marley15"]

  5. Hey sorry for the late reply man, that @ notification didn't work.  :confused_2:

Anyway, it's really not that big a deal.  I like to try and keep the plants in their designated areas but an overlap won't cause any harm.  Just try and fill the screen as best you can in the next week or so and then enjoy the show.

So, I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same thoughts about my scrog. I have 2 Golden Goat under a single 600w HPS. I'm also running a 2.5 X 3.5 "U" shaped screen. I'm shooting for a canopy of long, dense colas. I was thinking about letting the flat part grow up, while continuing to train/twist-tie the outer mains up the curved sides. Thoughts??

  8. Not DWC. Ebb and flow with a cover on the flood table. 9 inch pots, hydroton, 16 gal res, 600w HPS. I've seen some dudes fill thier flood table with hydroton, but I think that would be a heavy pain in the ass. So, I built a table cover, and my roots stay nice and moist and grow HUGE! Mammoth P and Recharge (by real growers) also keep the nasties away. Thanks for the kind words and Happy Growing!
