Any else psyched for the skateboard comps coming up? Dates have just been released for SL and the x games are going down in June. I have a feeling the mega ramps is gonna be home to some of the gnarliest shit ever seen, considering the progression of last years events and seeing bob burnquist throwing down a fakie 900 at the end of the year on his home ramp. Not to mention that freaky fs 720 he was doing at the comps. Im gunning for Shane O'Nielle to win some stops this year in street. He was skating so well last year but kept getting unlucky on the flow section. And seeing him kick out the nollie tre nose manny nollie tre to take out the tampa best trick comp this year has gotta make him a contender.
This year is going to be dope, wish I could go but I enjoy watching on tv. Cant wait to watch prod skate the whole comp switch, I love that guy. Shane even showed him up last year(I think) with that flawless double tre. The 9 club is going to be huge this year. As for the mega, that is always entertaining, bob's off axis 720 blew my mind, and that fakie 900 was absolutely ridiculous. I hope mitchie brusco is good to go, love watching that kid stomp 1080's.
