  1. ANOTHER NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT.  IT HAS BEEN SIGNED:

    \nTHE BILL ITSELF:

\nI think this will be very interesting to watch develop.  The two manufactures need to be chosen by 12/1 if MN can't get a supply from the Feds.  There is a six month extension allowed.
\nWhole plant extracts are allowed. It's not a CBD only law but there will only be two manufactures and they will get to choose strains with input from the Commissioner.
\nI wish we had a MMJ State Specific Thread we could work this discussion in.  I'll ask the Moderators.

  2. The seizure element of the Drug War is very lucrative for LEO.  I was betrayed in Nov. and had a small MMJ garden.  They seized a ton of stuff, lawn tractor, expensive ceramic dolls, cash, electronics, etc. on the basis that they were aquired from dealing drigs.  After the court process was done I was no longer charged with manufacturing but was unable to get my property back because I was unable to prove where I got my money to buy things.

  3. It is happening because there are more conservatives than liberals in Minnisota.

  4. I would love to believe your claim but I find it hard to believe that a credible source about MN politics wouldn't even know how to spell Minnesota.

This is the strangest life I've ever known

  5. I'm posting this in a couple spots so more eyes see it.  Sorry if this is bothersome.

\n\nEnjoy the education and the show.  This is going to be very interesting I think.
\nKnowing MN this as I do this MMJ Program could get frozen in complexity as the Rules get worked on.  Maybe the members of the Task Force that are not politicians can keep it from getting bogged down.  Maybe...

  6. The formal Manufacturer Request For application:

Bachman's Floral  apparently is prepping an app.  Also a large aeroponic tomato grower, forget the name, forgot where I read it. Multi-million bucks plus to get it right.  A whole lot of stuff is getting done very fast and it's getting very complicated.  Can they pull it off I wonder?

    Y'all Good?

  7. Hello.

It is May 14, 2015.  The Minnesota Medical Marijuana Program will be accepting patient registrations and Doctor certifications in just two weeks, June 1, 2015 and medicine will be available on July 1st, 2015.

MINNESOTA HIV/AIDS DOCTORS NOT CERTIFYING FOR REGISTRY!!

I am an AIDS patient.  I have called my doctor and 10 others and local support groups and NONE are planning on certifying patients to enter the program.

Many Docs and Clinics say they have no information from the State Dept. of Health on the process.  Some say they will not participate due to Federal laws.  A few think only HIV/AIDS patients with Wasting Syndrome qualify (not true, just a diagnosis of HIV and/or AIDS).

This is not good.  Access to medicine seems to be going to become a very big problem here in Minnesota.

Does anyone have any information to help?

    Peace and Good Health.
