I have been watering once a day and now the bottom of the stem is turning brown is this normal? It is also not straight up, it is tilted? Am I watering too much?
Only water when the soil starts drying out, it sounds like your over doing it. Mine started out around the 1st and I only water every other day or so. As far as the lean goes, your lights might be too far away or not strong enough...
If it has damping off or root rot that's usually fatal or stunts the seedling so badly it won't thrive. Drying out the soil and providing enough light might save it. Just try to gauge the weight of the pot instead of how it looks to tell if it needs watering. It might be only once a week or more or less. Overwatering probably kills more seedlings than any thing else.
