Astral Projection, Has Anyone Attempted It Or Done It?

Astral Projection to me sounds like someone trying to catch a fart on fire.

Your brain creates its own stimulus when not intaking any. This is what astral projections are.

 

I astral projected or something like it.. off high doses of benadryl before.. i was just sitting there watching tv and a split second later my eyes were closed and i was on my phone looking through things, looking around my room..then i open my eyes and im looking for my phone because i was just on it.. but it was no where near me. then i look by my door to my room and there was a hand coming through the door.. Deliarant effects so not so much astral projection..

 

Astral travel is a out of body experience.. unless your soul was out of your body and you can see your laying body for example, thats not astral projection.

 

sensory deprivation and astral projection are different.
