Earbuds - What Actually Sounds Good?

  1. Okay guys, I searched the forum and read the two threads on earbuds lots of really good information. But I still can't make a decision.

Here is the dilemma, I want the best sound possible and I know that earbuds do not compare to over the ear headphones in terms of sound quality, volume, noise isolation, and all other aspects. However I need a pair that I can wear at my work station, something that is not big and bulky, but also offers better sound than standard earbuds.

I have a pair of beats that I use at home regularly, they are okay. It's not to say that they aren't good but for the price they don't live up to the name.

Currently I am interested in the 'Bose quiet comfort 20' and 'Klipsch image s4i earbuds' - anybody have better recommendations?

  2. I like skullcandy 50/50.God bad and sound quality

  3. Out of the 2 you're deciding between, go with the Klipsch. Bose is overpriced crap just like Beats.

  4. This. If you're looking for over-the-ear headphones also, I'd suggest some older model Sennheisers. I swear by both Klipsch and Sennheiser. Used Sennheiser headphones for years, and am currently using Klipsch THX certified speakers. The subwoofer's fucking huge and could give a girl an orgasm...from rooms away.

  5. To most knowledgeable audio enthusiasts, BOSE stands for

Just go on an audiophile forum and they will guide you. Stay away from beats... They are garbage... Only the swagsters seem to like them and give them great reviews.
