perlite. keeps the soil loose and aerated so roots can breath. just a possibility, i grow hydro to avoid complications such as this. someone else will help, but i doubt it's over watered

if in coco transplant to next size pot use new coco it will dry out over watered plants seeing inprovements in 24 hours
