Reasons For Warrant

    To make this as short and easy as possible I'll only provide what's needed. I didn't talk to any cops. But I have reason to believe they saw a bowl in my car. Is that enough reason for a search warrant?

    Enough for probable cause to immediately search, so if they saw it and did nothing then they clearly don't care. They don't need a search warrant in that case so why would they waste time getting one? :p

    Yeah, that's what I was thinking.
    If they knew the guy had more to offer, they could use it to fuck him over even bigger.

    They aren't going to get a search warrant for your house based on seeing a pipe in your car, chill man. :p

    Pipes are supposed to be intended for tobacco use only. So seeing a pipe is not probable cause unless there is some way they can tell weed is being smoked out of it.

    They are. They are already stalking his house. And monitoring his communications, even his computer.
    Listen to me. I've traced the call... it's coming from inside the house. Now a squad car's coming over there right now, just get out of that house!

    A cop wouldn't think it's a big deal to see a pipe in the car, he isn't going to alert the DEA and rip your door down for a few grams.
    Just chill and be glad you got away

    Beyond a reasonable doubt is what they go by meaning if for example if you drive past a cop car ad they see smoke in your car they are allowed to pull you over and further investigate. I took law enforcement class in high school so I know a pretty good amount of the law.

    Now my friend told me an idk if it's real or not but he said if you have a lock on your door they need a warrant and for every lock they need a warrant or something but I think that part is fake but maybe not just a lock on a door for example say your house has no locks but in your house you have a lock on a door to another room. They're allowed to search your house with a warrant but can't go into the locked room unless they go to a judge ad the judge lets them get a warrant for that room. Again that could be fake or real I have no idea so don't hold me to it.
